Awardify / Buying guidance

From a reference.
To a clear brief.

Use these examples from Awardify’s existing collection to explain the shape, message and presentation you want. They illustrate design decisions; they are not case studies claiming a particular client, delivery date or project result.

Example 1: a clear column with colour.

The collection shows a clear column with a slanted top and blue base. The useful design question is how the coloured detail and recipient wording share the available surface.

For a comparable brief, specify the overall dimensions, base colour, logo position and wording. Ask whether a printed logo or engraved message suits the selected material, then review the contrast and line breaks in the proof.

Example 2: an industrial model.

The crystal collection includes a wheel-loader model on a black base. With a recognisable object, the silhouette and key components carry more of the story than a generic trophy shape.

Provide front, side and rear references for your own object. Mark the features that must remain recognisable, state the intended display size and identify where the text belongs. Ask which small elements need simplification and which construction is practical before approving the concept.

Example 3: presentation planned with the award.

The collection also shows a personalised column in a blue presentation case. Packaging needs to be specified together with the object: the photograph alone does not establish a box material, dimensions or included accessories.

For your brief, confirm internal clearance, how the award is held in place, external box dimensions and any logo on the lid. Include packaging in the quotation so the design, fit and cost can be reviewed together.

A production brief you can reuse.

Describe the occasion, recipient count, shape, approximate size, material preference and event date. Attach the reference images and logo, and provide the recipient text separately. Identify any detail that must stay exact and any part you are open to simplifying.

Before approval, review the proposed construction, finish, text, stability and presentation together. A digital concept is a design reference; the agreed specification and any approved physical sample define the intended result.
